Head of EHS Thailand

Lead Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives across Ericsson Thailand, implementing local and Market Area EHS policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards, and driving incident reduction and occupational health programmes. The role manages EHS governance and internal meetings, reviews subcontractor performance, supports ISO and external audits, conducts incident investigations, and delivers safety training to embed a continuous improvement culture. A minimum of ten years of EHS leadership experience, including contractor management, and a degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety are required.
