Head of Business Strategy and Incubation

Define the long-term strategic roadmap and lead the zero-to-one incubation of new business units for The Lemon Shot, a Charoen Pokphand Group subsidiary, conducting competitive analysis and identifying emerging digital marketing opportunities. Owns full P&L for incubation budgets and existing business lines, building business cases for new investments including potential M&A. Bangkok-based, with responsibility for mentoring a high-performing strategy team and establishing KPIs across all strategic initiatives.
