The role builds the pod structure, recruitment engine, override mechanics, and leadership pathway, leads a high-performance team, and prepares the playbook for regional rollout while maintaining financial discipline and quality standards. Requires 10+ years of experience scaling agent, distributor, or platform-partner networks from hundreds to thousands, with fluent Thai and strong English.
