GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE (ARABIC SPEAKING)

Deliver impeccable Arabic-language guest services at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, handling reservations, check-in and check-out, guest inquiries and complaints, and all front-office interactions throughout each stay. The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, shift flexibility including weekends and public holidays, and experience with property management systems such as Opera. Prior hotel front office or F&B operations experience is preferred.
