Architect and execute Unicity International's flagship global conventions from initial venue sourcing and technical site audits through live show-day command, managing end-to-end production across AV, staging, logistics, and VIP care. The role owns a detailed line-item budget, reviews all vendor contracts for force-majeure and attrition risk, and liaises with government bodies on visa and grant matters for high-risk markets. Post-event responsibilities include full financial reconciliation, asset recovery, and KPI analysis to improve future iterations.
