Head the regional product development function for JR286 across Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and China, owning the full development cycle from brief through production approval for sports equipment, accessories, and performance gear. The role requires hands-on expertise in plastics, composites, foams, and manufacturing processes, combined with structured risk management via DFMEA and stage-gate reviews, and factory-level technical problem solving. At least 12 years of product development experience within sporting goods or related performance categories is expected.
