Director Operations & Technical Service (f/m/d)

Build and lead the production and technical service teams from the ground up at BWF Envirotec's new manufacturing site in Rayong, training staff on all machinery, establishing maintenance routines, and ramping up production capacity according to management requirements. The position suits an experienced, entrepreneurially minded operations leader willing to relocate to Thailand for the start-up phase of the facility.
