Shape the enterprise-wide Food and Beverage strategy across ONYX Hospitality Group's portfolio of brands — Oriental Residence Bangkok, Amari, Shama, and OZO — translating each brand's identity into scalable dining and bar experiences. Serves as strategic advisor to General Managers on commercial performance, concept repositioning, and revenue activation, while developing F&B playbooks and standards to ensure consistency with local relevance. A portfolio leadership role based in Bangkok, not a property-level position.
