Acquire, onboard, and manage content creators for Ripples Commerce's multi-channel network across TikTok and other social platforms in Bangkok, negotiating contracts and supporting creator growth to align with business and campaign objectives. The role tracks performance metrics, coordinates with internal account and production teams, and develops strategies to optimise content and strengthen the overall creator ecosystem.
