Country Manager (Bangkok, Thailand)

Drive Ajax Systems' commercial growth in Thailand, building and managing an enterprise sales pipeline through the channel ecosystem, recruiting and onboarding distributors, and developing go-to-market strategy aligned with the company's regional electronic security direction. The Country Manager leads the local team to exceed sales targets, owns cashflow responsibility for Thailand, develops lighthouse reference projects in key verticals, and provides quarterly business reviews with risk and opportunity analysis. Five to eight years of senior management experience in the electronic security industry and a strong local network are required.
