Country Lead

Oversee all strategic and operational plans for ADA's CPG vertical in Thailand, spanning business engagements, marketing, consulting, and personnel management, while aligning country strategy with regional goals for target utilisation and profitability. The Country Lead manages resources and cross-functional teams, serves as the primary point of contact for C-suite and e-commerce platform stakeholders, and delivers regular business reviews with insights across digital channels. A minimum of 12 years of CPG experience with a strong eCommerce focus is required.
