Country Financial Controller — Thailand & Laos

Oversee all financial operations, internal controls, and statutory reporting for The Ascott Limited across Thailand and Laos, leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning while ensuring compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and regional tax frameworks. Manages audits, cash flow, and financial risk, providing strategic insights to senior leadership and developing the in-country finance team. Bangkok-based, with a minimum of ten years' progressive finance experience including at least five in a leadership role, preferably in hospitality.
