Country Business Unit Manager

Lead the start-up of Hyphens Pharma's Thailand operations, building and directing the sales and marketing team to launch a first-in-class dermatology therapeutic and establish the company's franchise in the country. The role covers strategic business planning, P&L accountability, team recruitment and development, customer relationship management, and coordination with HQ to stand up procurement, HR, and field service functions. At least ten years of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably with business unit management and a dermatology background, is required.
