Construction Manager

Lead the full construction portfolio for a lifestyle, retail, and wellness client across Bangkok and Pattaya locations, owning CAPEX and OPEX management from contractor selection and bidding through to renovation and maintenance handover. The role sets construction standards, manages site engineers and premium contractor relationships, and collaborates with design and expansion teams to ensure brand consistency and lease-aligned project timelines. A minimum of four years in retail or F&B fit-out project management is required, along with a valid driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites daily.
