Develop and implement a client strategy across Van Cleef & Arpels' Thailand boutiques in Bangkok, rolling out CRM and loyalty programmes while supporting sales teams in enhancing client outreach and delivering service-oriented experiences. The role involves setting CRM goals and KPIs, providing performance dashboards, and collaborating closely with boutique teams and the Country Manager to translate insights into follow-up actions. Experience in client development within luxury retail, strong CRM capabilities, and proficiency in Thai and English are required.
