Chief Executive Officer (Fintech)

Lead all government relations, regulatory affairs, and fintech operations for HI Liberty Tech in Bangkok, cultivating high-level engagement with Thai ministries, the Bank of Thailand, and industry bodies to advance licensing and policy objectives. Oversees BOT-regulated financial services including Virtual Banking and e-Money licensing, AML/CTF compliance, and PDPA adherence. Represents the company externally at industry forums and acts as the primary liaison for financial operating licences with the Ministry of Finance.
