Business Development Manager

Identify and drive new business opportunities for Getz Healthcare through market expansion, strategic partnerships, and new product initiatives, leading portfolio strategy and lifecycle management while executing product launches from market assessment through post-launch performance tracking. The role develops business development and marketing plans, manages distributor and channel partners, builds KOL and key account relationships, and drives pricing strategy and margin optimisation. Seven to ten years of sales, marketing, or commercial experience in the healthcare industry, with at least five years in a leadership role, is required.
