Business Development Director

Develop and execute revenue-generating strategies across the AOI school group in Phuket, overseeing after-school programmes, summer schools, specialist training camps, and monetisation of campus facilities including sports fields, pools, and boarding accommodation. The role manages commercial partnerships, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and cross-functional alignment with finance and marketing. A minimum of five years' leadership experience in educational business development or revenue management is required.
