Oversee full P&L accountability for designated brands at LUXASIA in Bangkok, developing brand-specific marketing calendars, planning product launches and consumer events, and managing promotional budgets. Track retail and wholesale sales performance monthly by brand, channel, and SKU contribution, adjusting marketing strategies based on KPI analysis. After six months, the role expands to leading and training a team of Marketing Executives and Trainers.
