Assistant Manager and Sustainability & Administration

Plan and execute sustainability initiatives at Pullman Khao Lak Resort — including recycling drives, zero-waste campaigns, and Heartist training programmes — while ensuring compliance with Accor environmental standards and local regulations. The combined role also provides administrative support to key leaders, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing sustainability reports and presentations. Front office experience preferred.
