Area Manager

Analyse sales data and lead execution across multiple Lenskart Thailand stores, developing business strategies to achieve sales targets, coaching Store Managers, and driving operational improvements in service quality and productivity. The role collaborates with Marketing, HR, and Supply Chain on key retail projects, conducts regular store performance reviews, and ensures full compliance with company policies and health and safety requirements. Proven multi-store retail management experience in fashion, eyewear, or lifestyle, with a data-driven mindset and personal vehicle for upcountry travel, is required.
