Develop and transfer advanced laser welding knowledge to maintenance, manufacturing engineering, and production teams at Bosch Thailand's Hemaraj plant, in collaboration with CoC partners and Trumpf machine suppliers. The role standardises laser welding processes through TPM concepts and work instructions, leads complex troubleshooting, coordinates critical spare parts, and drives continuous improvement of welding quality and machine stability. Based in Rayong.
